FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring?

We recommend you bring water and a small towel.  We will have water available for purchase. We provide mats, weights, ball and necessary equipment.  However, you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.

What should I wear?

We advise you wear comfortable form fitting attire. Socks and other apparel are available for purchase onsite. Shoes are not permitted.

Are there changing rooms?

There are two unisex changing rooms available. We offer towel service and water is available for purchase.

Do I need to arrive early if I am new?

Yes, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, meet our family and tour the studio.  We highly recommend that you pre-register online to expedite the process and insure availability.

How many classes do you recommend per week?

Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. But we encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix it up to your liking.

Do I need experience?

No previous experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.

How long are classes?

All classes are one hour in length.
