We integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights, and various props. Classes include several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat, and thighs that promote strong and sexy results. This class is recommends for all levels.

Booty Barre

This is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Booty barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre and other equipment. This class is recommended for all levels.

Bootcamp Barre

This high-intensity meets low-impact challenging fitness class is designed to strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body by combining elements from traditional yoga, ballet, sports conditioning and Pilates. This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced students.

HIIT

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, a form of training that is characterized by short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods that make up the protocol. HIIT is super quick and employs a series of easy-to-establish work-to-rest ratios. Heart healthy, total body workout. This class is best suited for intermediate and advanced students.

Pilates Mat

This is a system of gentle exercise performed lying down that stretches and lengthens the muscles, designed to improve posture and flexibility. Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness. This method strengthens and lengthens the muscles without creating bulk, and also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance. This class is suitable for all levels.

Tone & Tighten

This fun and challenging class offers an assortment of exercises incorporating weights and balls designed to tone, tighten, and sculpt the muscles, leaving you feeling completely empowered. This class is suitable for all levels.

20/20/20

This dynamic class offers an incredible mix of cardio, strength training and a balance of yoga. For a full mind / body / heart healthy workout offering everything you need to tone and balance from the inside out.

Total Body Sculpting and Core Conditioning

Total Body Sculpting & Core Conditioning. In this class, we’ll work every muscle group as we build muscle and lost fat. This class is a fast-paced, advanced class designed to sculpt, tone, tighten, and define your muscles. This is followed by Core Conditioning, which will focus on strengthening and defining the abs. This class is best suited for intermediate and advanced students.

Yoga All Levels Flow

We’ll get warmed up with breath work and gentle movement, move into sun salutations and standing postures to build heat and return to the floor where we’ll hold deeper stretches to calm the nervous system and enhance flexibility. You will leave feeling calm, strong and renewed. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga Beginners Flow

New to Yoga? Join us for an hour of mindful movement. This class will calm your mind and gently strengthen your body. We will being teach the fundamentals and get you started on a journey toward your mind body connection.

Yoga Oracle Slow Flow

In this slow flow yoga class, participants will focus on building both physical strength and inner strength through thoughtful and deliberate movements. With an emphasis on mindfulness and self-awareness, the instructor will incorporate an oracle card reading to provide guidance and inspiration throughout the class. Through a combination of longer holds and intentional poses, participants will develop strength in their bodies while also

tapping into their intuition. This class is suitable for all levels, allowing participants to cultivate both physical and spiritual strength in a supportive and nurturing environment

Yoga Slow Flow

Yoga is for everybody! Learn the foundations of yoga as you flow and experience its transformational effects.  Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive environment.  This class is designed for the brand new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics.  This class is also appropriate for Prenatal students.

Yoga Hatha

This balance practice focuses on deliberate movement and breath challenging your strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga Power Flow

Power Yoga is a fun, challenging, high-energy, cardiovascular yoga class. A series of postures flow together to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, balance, stamina and concentration.

Live Stream Virtual Classes

Our classes are live streamed in real time through Zoom. Participate from the comfort of your home or while you are away on vacation or a work trip.

It is best to create a Zoom account if you do not already have one. It’s always a good idea to login 5 – 10 minutes before class begins to ensure everything is working properly.

FAQs

  • We recommend you bring water and sticky socks. We do have water available for purchase, as well. We provide mats, weights, balls, and necessary equipment. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.

  • We suggest you wear comfortable, form fitting attire. Most classes require sticky socks. We have these available for purchase.

  • Yes, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, meet our family and tour the studio. We highly recommend that you pre-register online to expedite the process and insure availability.

  • All classes are one hour in length. Duration of classes are displayed on sign up screen.

  • Yes, there are spots out front with additional parking in the back of the building.

  • Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. We encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix it up to your liking.

  • No previous experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.
